In March 2017 I had finally reached a diagnosis, after having a chronic skin disease from the age of three months old, I found out biologically that my troubles were caused by yeast overgrowths, parasitic, viral, bacterial infections and numerous food and environmental allergies.
Thankfully at this point, life brought me to Elsita. She has been an absolute god-send on this journey and I thank her from the bottom of my heart as she has had a massive role to play in my growth and transformation and empowering me on my own healing journey.
When I first got on the [therapy] table I was so weak I would fall asleep instantly, however over the time spent together I have gone from strength to strength. She has listened to me patiently and compassionately, dealing with my diet neurosis helping me to formulate healthy eating plans. I am resolving my emotional eating behaviours far more successfully than ever before and feel confident, happy and in tune within my body and skin. My toxicity has cleared and I have a clarity in my own guidance that I have never felt before.
Health Kinesiology has helped me to find a confidence in my body's natural healing. I have cleared layers and layers of patterns and behaviours, faced fears conscious and unconscious and experienced powerful energy healing. All while Elsita lovingly held a powerful space for me to go deep into myself and let go of all the **** that was keeping me in toxic patterns. I feel happier, more confident, more loving towards myself.
I enjoyed her sense of humour and play. I cannot recommend her enough - integrating mind, body and soul you begin to realise the essence of who you really are and how bright and vibrantly you can shine.
